Do you have a passion for food? Are you looking for a shorter working week (35 hours) and a better work-life balance? We are looking for an experienced Chef to work in one of our outlets alongside our experienced team to help maintain our high-quality, fast-paced, catering service. You will help with the daily preparation of our menus, specials and recipes, and maintaining the required food standards. We cater for vegetarian, vegan, halal and gluten-free diets with a wide range of dining options on campus.

In return we offer a 35 hour working week on a Monday to Sunday rota (working 5 out of 7 days), regular overtime during busy periods up to 48 hours per week, and 43 days paid leave including paid time off when we are closed over Christmas and the New Year, a rarity in catering!

As Chef you will need experience of preparing menus and recipes, ordering stock, managing stores and stock control and preparing food in a commercial environment, Food Hygiene Certificate and excellent customer service skills
