Recruitment Solutions are looking to recruit a Contact Centre Advisor for a client, a well respected car dealership in Canterbury.
Salary: £9.00 per hour/£25,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm (plus occasional Saturday over time) – 44 hours a week
Our client is well-established, family-owned company. This is a great opportunity for you to join a highly successful and expanding team of individuals dealing with prestigious brands.
Responsibilities include:
• Taking inbound calls
• Dealing with customer queries and booking requests
• Making outbound calls to notify customers of recalls
• MOT due dates and following up on campaigns, in association with the brand.
Experience required:
• An exceptional telephone manner
• Be polite and professional at all times
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Have good attention to detail
• Be able to consistently deliver the highest level of customer service.
It would be an advantage if you have an interest in the motor industry, however this is not essential.
