Job Information

We are seeking to recruit a Customer Services Representative.

With a firm belief that print is not just about ink on paper, we need an exceptional individual that will knit with the whole team. Promote our organisations strategy, building trust, gaining knowledge, supporting our Customer Services Manager, the Client, and their aspirations to the maximum.

You will require a good knowledge of print and excel, along with common office based software packages. You will work within a dedicated Customer Services Department and deal daily with the public and private sector, comprehensively interpreting client project demands from initial briefs, supporting the Customer Services Manager function & liaising with the internal production.

Shttleworth MIS experience is desirable but not essential with the reality of the position being very heavy on data entry. You will be numerically & commercially astute with a keen eye for detail. You will need enhanced customer communication skills, as you’ll manage clients’ expectations with a focussed attention to detail, all in an organisation that rewards your skills & experience with a stimulating & secure opportunity to professionally flourish.

The hours of Work are Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm, with 1-hour un-paid break, 40 hours per week.
