Workshop Controller – BMW Ashford
We are looking to recruit a Workshop Controller at our busy BMW site in Ashford. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Service department. A key task will be the planning and loading of the daily workload for the Service Technicians that report to you.
To succeed in this position, you must have a solid technical background, excellent organisational skills and the ability to motivate a team. This is a key role within the Aftersales operation and can be high pressured at times. You will need a positive ‘can do’ attitude and must be able to remain calm under pressure. You must have good communication skills as you will be the hub between the front of house team and the workshop. Existing experience of using CitNOW and Kerridge would be a distinct advantage.
