JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor
LOCATION: Belvedere
COMPANY: Construction supplies/ Tools
HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
SALARY- £21,000- £24,000 per annum
BENEFITS: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension scheme, Free parking, monthly bonus if company sales targets are hit
We're teaming up with a rapidly growing business, who have recently relocated to Belvedere, to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. You will work in a small team of 6 people, handling and resolving the incoming customer queries. Once you are fully trained, hybrid working would be considered too.
Some of your duties will include:
· Responding to customer emails and requests in a timely fashion
· Dealing with customer queries
· Arranging collections for faulty items when necessary
· Providing Proof of Delivery Documents for customers when necessary
· Answering incoming calls as needed
· Ensuring returns are processed quickly and cleared once approved by returns department
· Supporting External Sales Team with quotations, orders and reporting
· Processing Incoming Sales Orders as needed
You are or have;
· A team player
· The ability to learn quickly and have a positive and flexible attitude.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Be open to creative feedback and adjust accordingly
· Previous experience in a customer service role
· Confident telephone manner
· Proficient on Excel
