Contact Centre Advisor
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident individual to join a well-established client in Canterbury.
You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, dealing with customer queries and booking requests, making outbound calls to notify customers of recalls, MOT due dates and following up on campaigns, in association with the brand.
To succeed in this role, you must have an exceptional telephone manner and be polite and professional at all times. You should enjoy working as part of a team, have good attention to detail and be able to consistently deliver the highest level of customer service. Previous experience of working in a call centre is essential.
It would be an advantage if you have an interest in the motor industry, however this is not essential.
Working hours 8am to 5.30 pm on Monday to Friday, plus some Saturdays on a rota paid at over time rates, making a total of 44 hours per week. In return, our client offers some great staff benefits including 24 days of holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays.
