Group Consolidations Accountant, £65,000 - £70,000, West London, Large Corporate Enterprise

A market leading, global company based in West London is looking to hire a new Group Consolidations Accountant. The company is a household brand name, well known within its respective industry and has recently been acquired by another larger enterprise to join its group services. Your role as group accountant will be to work closely with the FC and the wider finance team in a period of group acquisition, preparing consolidations and liaising with the parent company to ensure parent requirements are met.

Your new role
As the new Group Consolidations Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

* Complete ownership of consolidation adjustments including maintaining supporting documentations for elimination transactions
* Ensuring the consolidations process is completed in line with parent requirements
* Setting timetables for business unit submissions and coordination of activities with other group functions

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed here, as a Group Consolidations Accountant, you must be the following:

* A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, etc)
* An experienced accountant in consolidations reporting
* Experienced using US GAAP
* Experience using Hyperion or similar consolidations tools
* Comfortable working to demanding deadlines
