£28,000 - £35,000
Westerham, Kent/home working split


Barker Munro Recruitment has a wonderful opportunity working for a highly professional organisation which offers consultancy services. This role provides something a bit different to the normal roles we see. If you have insurance experience and are seeking a new challenge in something that will utilise your knowledge but is not working directly within an Insurer or Broker, but for a consultancy, please let me know. They are leaders in their field and have doubled in size over the last 3 years.
The role will involve providing account management support in a timely and accurate manner to the company Consultants. You will assist in the day-to-day servicing of their existing client portfolios. You will be predominantly office-based working alongside the account handling back-office team, with a strong working relationship with the Head of Operations and Finance teams. They are happy to offer a split hybrid role between home and the office.
Please Note that this is not an insurance broking position, as they are an insurance consultancy.

You will be required to facilitate the efficient handling of insurance questions and issues raised by clients, as well as the day-to-day client servicing and by providing clients with independent and impartial advice. You will work with colleagues to continue to treat customers fairly and provide clients with solutions to risk and insurance issues.

This client is quite open minded as to the experience required for this role. Applications are welcomes from candidates who are/have;


• Working towards CII qualification
• Competent in Microsoft word, excel and Teams
• Sound organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
• Experience of working within insurance
• Understanding of FCA principles and requirements of CPD
• Integrity and the ability to deal with a fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach to requirements of clients
• Team player with high level interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow and implement instructions accurately
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work on specific projects as part of a team or individually
