Our Client is looking for Office Administrator to join the their team based in mid-Kent that can offer a great working environment.
The Role;
To manage the telephone switch board and fielding calls, Filling manually and electronically, Creating H&S documents for construction sites, carry out routine safety and compliance checks, arrange training, compiling user manuals, chasing sub-contractors, processing and submitting timesheets.
Duties Required:
* Manage phone calls and correspondence, updating system as you go
* Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures with support from finance team
* Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
* Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
* Answering telephone and passing on messages to the correct point of contact
* Welcoming visitors applying with company policies
* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance
* Submit timely reports and prepare presentations when needed Desired skills:
* Experience working within a coordinator / admin role
* Ability to multitask, manage and prioritise own workload
* Good timekeeping and organisational skills
* Presentable and professional
* Happy to help and a can-do attitude
* Keen to use their initiative
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritise
Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm
£20,000 - £25,000 + Package.
