The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for an Administrator to begin a temporary to permanent assignment with our client based in the Parkwood, Maidstone area.
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Updating spreadsheets and other documentation
- Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring supplies are distributed promptly and efficiently
- Updating and changing orders when required
- Assisting the branch manager when required
- Ensuring efficient communication with drivers and warehouse colleagues
Successful candidates will have a good level of both written and spoken and English to ensure all orders are completed and communicated correctly.
You will also need to have access to your own transport to travel to and from site.
Due to the nature of the business, flexibility is key. At certain periods throughout the year you are likely to be required to work additional hours dependent on workload.
You will be expected to work from Monday to Friday each week from the below times.
08:00 to 17:00
or
07:00 to 16:00
Dependent on experience, you will receive a salary between £20,000 to £25,000.
