Established in 2002 our client directly supports the rail, highway and utility industries in various ways, in order to fulfil legal requirements for construction based projects. An opportunity has arisen for a talented individual with digital marketing experience, to join their established team in Wrotham, Kent.

The successful candidate would ideally have min 1 years’ experience working across different social media platforms and websites and will be responsible for our social media design and content creation (Linkedin/Facebook/Pinterest/Instagram/Twitter/Tik Tok).
This is a new and exciting role to enable an individual to grow and make their own.
We would also be looking for the individual to also take responsibility for managing the company website, looking after the performance, content and functionality. Monitoring web analytics.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to design material in line with brand guidelines
• Create content and promote our brands on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.)
• Innovated thinking to bring new E-Commerce strategies
• Analyse ongoing campaigns & what achieves the engagement to continually improve our product visibility
• Website management and monitoring web analytics.
• Working closely with web development. Overseeing design and development of the website, managing information and functionality.
• Work alongside the sales team to support with materials, promotions and strategies during sales campaigns and exhibitions.

Requirements:
• Experience working with a media planner to inform scheduling based around events/dates in the calendar. As a brand ambassador, you will always be on the lookout for ways to amplify the brand.
• The ability to Identifying opportunities to grow & improve social media offering.
• Experience of Reporting & analytics/tracking & conversion/engagement, analyse ongoing campaigns & what achieves the best traction/engagement to continually improve our social output.
• You will have carried out paid social campaigns and have the ability to test and monitor ads for optimal success.
• You will have a voice and be full of creative ideas & be able to make insight led recommendations to continuously improve our brand.
• You will be a trend setter – looking at what’s hot & what’s not! You will be one step ahead, constantly looking to evolve & improve activity, jumping at any given opportunity to profile the brand in the right way.

Due to the requirement to travel to and from sites 1 day a week for photo and video opportunities the successful candidate will have a FULL UK Driving licence, a company car/van will be provided for site work so its essential that candidates are over the age of 21.
