This role will focus on the delivery of commercial results through effective price negotiation and supplier relations.
This role can deal with a range of fruit and vegetable products in the main ambient salad and fruit. Working closely with internal departments such as Commercial, Planning and Technical to ensure that we have the right materials at the right time, at the right quality and at the right price.
• Commercially astute
• Good numerical and IT skills
• Proven negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills
• Fluent in Spanish & English
• Degree level or equivalent in Purchasing, Supply Management or Business
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role in the fresh produce industry
The hours of work will be 40 hours per week from 07.00-16.00 or 08.00-17.00 however given the global nature of the role there will be a requirement to work weekends and additional hours as needed.
