Are you an experienced brand marketer with a history of delivering complex branded multichannel digital campaigns? Do you want to be part of a global charitable organisation that connects those who can afford to give with communities in need?

As part of CAF’s Marketing Team you will work across the organisation, supporting the delivery of our work and mission.

The Senior Marketing Manager – Brand Development and Digital, will lead the marketing team in the deployment, implementation and maintenance of the CAF Group brand.

You will already be highly experienced in the use of digital channels for lead generation, awareness building, customer retention and thought-leadership impact. You will take ownership for front-end web development in UK and across the CAF Group, as well as supporting CAF’s Global Alliance. Internally, you and your team will provide a ‘shared services model’ of expertise and execution to the Brand and Marketing Division, CAF Bank, Human Resources, Finance and colleagues across the Group.

You may have experience working in financial services, online retail or charitable marketing, or be looking for a move away from agency life.

You will already be highly skilled in SEM, SEO and social media marketing strategy, but with a detailed understanding of building and managing national and international brands. Experience of managing a brand ref-fresh or similar project would be an advantage.

You will manage digital marketing specialists, channel owners and content producers. Your role will support CAF’s growth and retention campaigns across its audiences, working closely with audience marketing managers. You will be considered the de facto expert on digital branded content development and work with the Head of Marketing and Group Brand and Marketing Director to deliver a global brand refresh, across all customer touchpoints (online and offline).

An academic foundation, to degree level, in marketing, digital marketing or business science is required. Ideally you will have experience in similar roles, at least one year of which has included line management. Your experience would also include work for or with digital marketing specialist agencies and managing these relationships. Experience of managing brand and channel budgets is required. Experience of data analysis and advanced use of Google Analytics is a must.

Knowledge of the philanthropic or charitable sectors would provide you with a valuable foundation but isn’t a prerequisite. A passion for being part of building a better society for all will keep you energised and connected with our shared values.

Initial interviews will be conducted over video (Zoom) with short-listed candidates invited to either an in person or video (Zoom) panel interview. Panel interview candidates will be expected to produce a short presentation if successful in their initial interview.
