ERP Data Support Analyst

Our client is looking to expand its ERP implementation function with the addition of an in-house Support Administrator.
The company is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, so there’s lots to do and you’ll be someone who likes to dive right in and doesn’t expect to be micro-managed. You’ll have a good understanding of most standard business practices, be great at collaborating with other members of the team and have experience of either implementing or supporting an ERP system. Experience with D365 F&O is preferred, but experience with any ERP system will be considered. We’re looking for someone who will understand the importance of data management and can use Power BI for reporting purposes, along with supporting the software during and after the implementation process.
Requirements
Essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous Power BI experience
Detailed analytical and problem-solving skills
Good working knowledge of ERP systems and the implementation process
System and process-orientated
Excellent team working skills
2+ years supporting and troubleshooting system issues
Good understanding of business practices
Organized and logical
Desirable
Knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations
Experience with data migration
Proactive and enthusiastic
