An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established independent family estate agents who are looking to recruit a Sales and Lettings Negotiator for their Herne Bay Office.

The company will consider applicants with no property experience but wish for a career within estate agency or they will happily accept applications from candidates with industry experience.

This role is varied and busy you will have an opportunity to work within sales and lettings no day will be the same as you will be expected to work in all areas of the company. Ideal applicants will have a passion for property, will be an effective communicator and have a confident approach when dealing with customers over the telephone.

Requirements

* Drive, ambition and be an articulate communicator
* Previous experience within the property industry (desirable not essential as full training will be given)
* Full UK driver's license and own transport
* Carry out viewings of properties
* Register requirements and details of potential clients
* Carry out market appraisals and follow up with potential clients
* Arrange property inventories, safety checks and deal with tenants who might have issues within their lettings
* IT Literate, proficient using Word, Outlook and Excel
* Have a high level of numeracy and literacy skills

Hours of work are Mon-Friday 08.30-5.30pm you will be required to work some Saturdays (day off in the week will be given) and hours on a Saturday will be 08.30-5.00pm, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
