Estate Agent Valuer - Medway

Our client is looking to recruit an Estate Agent Valuer to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for the listings and take the role of assistant manager.

Daily Responsibilities:

* Dealing with vendors
* Registering applicants
* Attending valuations
* Manage the branch in branch managers absence
* Cross selling additional mortgage and conveyancing services
* Providing excellent customer service

The Person:

* A full clean UK driving licence and own car is essential for this role
* You'll be ambitious, hard-working and professional

The Reward:

* Basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000
* Uncapped commission, realistic OTE of £30k pa
* Ongoing training
