The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for multiple Refuse Loaders to begin an immediate ongoing assignment for our client based in the Tonbridge, Kent area.
Daily duties will include:
- Loading and unloading household waste on to dustcarts
- Litter picking
- Assisting the driver with routes
- Operating the rear of a dustcart
- Working within 2-4 man crews
Candidates must be flexible and happy to work outside in all weathers, as well as working on their feet all day. The role will you require you to manually push and pull household bins to the dustcart ready for it to be emptied.
You must be able to commit to working between Monday to Friday with a 06:30 start time. Finish times will vary day by day but you will receive no less than 8 hours pay per shift as long as you arrive to work and complete your routes.
Weekend overtime is optional should you wish to increase your weekly hours.
In return, you will receive:
- Full PPE (Trousers, T-Shirt, Jacket etc)
- Weekly pay
- 28 days holiday per annum
- 24/7 support from one of our consultants
- Potential permanent position after a successful trial period
