Commercial Finance Analyst – Manufacturing | North Kent/Hybrid | Up to £40k
Great opportunity for a commercially astute, finalist/qualified (ACCA/CIMA) Finance Analyst to join a large, growing manufacturing business in the FMCG sector.
The Head office is based in North Kent and the role can either be office based full time or split between the office and working from home.
Working closely with the finance and operations teams, you will be responsible for analysing all aspects of trading and production and creating valuable business insight into costs and controls.
You will be responsible for:
• Weekly Commercial Reporting to senior management on trading performance
• Support in preparing Management Account Packs
• Preparing monthly forecasts
• Support for Budgets, forecasts and Year-end activities
• Ownership of numerous reports
• Updating and developing the product profitability model and supporting price calculator
• Review new product costings, providing feedback and support to the sales team
• Ad-hoc projects/analysis
This role is ideal for an analytical thinker who has strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret large volumes of data to produce meaningful reports. You must be qualified, or actively studying towards a formal accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA) in order to be considered.
