I am excited to be working in partnership with a leading insurance company based in Central Dartford to find the perfect candidate to add to their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to make between £30-£40k OTE in your first year in a highly consultative and advice driven environment where you will be assisting customers to choose policies that are right for them. No prior sales experience is necessary; however, a confident, positive attitude is imperative. They are looking for someone to join them ASAP, so only candidates with immediate availability can be considered at this time.

This role will be based from home due to the current situation, however you may be required to go to the office for training. The company are abiding by COVID Health and Safety regulations



Duties:

* Outbound calls to customers to offer advice
* Diary management and prioritising call backs
* Updating customer details on the online system
* Advising on policies



Skills required:

* True passion for exceptional customer service
* Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task seamlessly
* Communicative and confident when speaking with clients
* Honest, conscientious and professional
* Sales/ Customer Service experience would be beneficial- although personality will always be the winner!
