Our client, a high profile services group, is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to help steer the finance side of the business. This is a great opportunity to work at a senior level in a large, successful and forward-thinking business.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the finance function
- Leading the M&A side of the business
- Managing working capital, including driving continuous improvements and best practice
- Board level budget management
- Providing financial and strategic expertise on new business initiatives
- Managing the financial planning process, including preparation and delivery of forecasts, budgets and strategic plans
- Reporting to and meeting with Investors
- Ad hoc projects
Candidate requirements:
- Fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CFA)
- Strong accounting systems knowledge.
- Demonstrable experience of working in high growth B2B environments
- Ability to work at all levels across multi disciplines
- Has worked at Board level, is strategic, forward looking, commercial and change driven.
