Immediate start ..........we are currently looking for a candidate with an exemplary level of customer service and a technical brain to join a company working from home to deliver a first class service to our client's customers who use their EDI product - EDI is a standard format to exchange business information between two organisations electronically instead of using paper documents. No experience with EDI is required as training will be given on this product - although some knowledge would be great, but you will need a solution focused approach, liaising with the IT and technical team.

The role will involve support existing customers already using the EDI product. Liaise with IT Support for support queries/resolution, oversee the customer's logging on to the EDI product whilst working closely with the Manager to ensure schedules and targets are met.

You will be the main point of contact for incoming customer enquiries, allocating them to the appropriate department whilst also working to investigate and resolve customer enquires relating to EDI.

Schedule and oversee customers on-boarding to the EDI product.

Provide limited technical support (training will be provided) for customer queries.

This is a great 12 month temp assignment that will offer lots of training for the right candidate. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
