Joining the team as a client manager, you will need to have prior experience within financial services to understand and implement terminology / processes throughout the business. (Mortgages, Pensions, Investments, Advising, or Banking preferred!)

Fast-paced, busy role - be part of a supportive, successful team! Opportunity to implement processes whilst liaising with a variety of customers and clients day-to-day.

Day-to-day, you will take responsibility for client / customer experience through a variety of contact means, including understanding their needs and identifying/working with the team to deliver solutions and solve product queries. Administrative duties vary from collecting and managing client contact information and key case date, through to processing their transactional and information requests.

To be successful in this role, you MUST have a customer/client-centric style of persona, with an enjoyment for dealing with people and delivering service;............... have a base of understanding built from prior financial services experience;.................AND be loyal, reliable and committed to finding and settling into a career in the local area.

Monday - Friday 9-5

Salary with exp.
