My client based in Kings Hill is growing and looking to expand their finance department. They are looking for a part qualified Management Accountant to join their team.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with managing the company cash flow
• Ledger ensuring appropriate financial controls are applied
• Supporting and managing the team
• Reconciling and post Accruals and Prepayments
• Reviewing postings in the Profit & Loss Account to ensure the accurate code has been applied
• Developing ways to monitor and improve the efficiency and control effectiveness of transaction processing
• Assisting with preparation of financial data for monthly board meetings and on an ad-hoc basis
• Monitoring external contracts and services provided by suppliers to ensure that these are operating effectively and providing the best value to the business
• Supporting the Financial Controller to produce annual statutory accounts.
• Managing the supplier relationships and assisting with planning of weekly payment runs
The ideal candidate will be part-qualified (ACCA or CIMA) You will also have good communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Successful Candidates will be organised, reliable, an enthusiastic team player.
