The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of Chemists and Technicians in developing inkjet inks for industrial and packaging applications or similar.

The personâ¦
The ideal candidate will have proven industrial experience either developing novel formulations for inkjet applications, or in other related areas of expertise such as providing printing or packaging products for the food industry, developing sustainable ink or packaging solutions, or developing analogue or digital inks for other industrial applications. An understanding of UV-curable ink technology, or an understanding of the legislative and regulatory requirements surrounding ink recycling or food compliance would be particularly advantageous.
The candidate should be qualified to degree level in Chemistry or a similar relevant subject, and be able to demonstrate strong leadership ability, providing clear technical guidance, encouraging innovation and managing people and resources appropriately to deliver work packages on time.
