Job Title: Lift Engineer Mate
Location: South East England & London
Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £17,000

Duties will Include: Full description available on request
- Assisting lead engineer with Servicing, Repairs, Callouts and Installations working on Stairlifts, Homelifts, Ceiling Hoists and Platform Lifts.
- Completing onsite paperwork as per company procedures
- Calling customers and updating them with estimated time of arrival
- Cleaning up after all site works have been completed
Role Purpose:
To deliver customer excellence, operating in a professional, friendly and patient manner whilst carrying out high quality Call Outs, Repairs, Servicing and Installations of Stairlifts, Homelifts, Ceiling Hoists and Wheelchair Platform Lifts. You will operate within approved local authorities, private homes and businesses with a clear customer focus and drive to achieve optimal service delivery.
You will conduct professional and quality work processes alongside other Lift Engineers in accordance to the manufacture’s and company’s guidelines. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will show clear knowledge and skills to meet with the Company’s Objectives.
Things to consider:
- Driving and own vehicle will be required
- Interviews to be held W.C 17th February 2020 (flexible)
- Start date W.C 2nd March 2020 (flexible)
- You must be eligible to work in the UK and have a full clean driving license.
