About the role:

The key purpose of this role is to support the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager with the on-going design, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Assurance and Control frameworks across Operations within the UK and India with key focus ensuring operational processes are being managed effectively and in line with business policy and procedures.



As the Quality Assurance Analyst, main duties include:

* Ensuring that residual and preventative risk management tools and controls are fit for purpose
* Identifying and assisting with resolution of issues effectively in order to prevent reoccurrence
* Reviewing and maintaining the overall quality assurance framework ensuring that appropriate controls are in place
* Conducting trend analysis using Operational data to identify and agree scope for specific quality assurance reviews
* Streamline and review current quality MI reporting and documentation
