Healthshare is a clinically led, independent provider of innovative NHS Services. We are seeking call handlers to join our busy but friendly team in our head office based in Kings Hill, Kent.
You will be on the phones with patients booking patient’s physiotherapy appointments and operating patient booking systems. You must be able to deal with complex cases, sensitive information and interact with patients to deal with their enquiries. Prior experience of high-volume call handling, call management and entering data into a number of systems is beneficial. Knowledge of SystmOne is an advantage but not essential.
The right candidate will be computer literate, well organised, reliable, have a confident and friendly telephone manner with an ability to cope under pressure.
This role is full time (40 hours per week) and offers flexible work patterns. The call centre’s core opening hours are from 07:30 to 19:30. Interviews will comprise of competency and values-based questions.
