An established East Kent manufacturing business are strengthening the management team with an appointment of a Sales Office Manager.
You will be responsible for the daily management of the sales team, with a key focus on the development of new business. With a direct report to the Sales Director, the role will develop and manage the complete enquiry management process, leading and developing the marketing activity to improve the translation of leads into sales orders, ensuring company targets are met - this will include sales conversions and new business. A professional Sales Office Manager, you will be adept at identifying and implementing improvements for the sales processes and team development.
It will be ideal that your background will have come from an engineering or manufacturing business. However, candidates outside of these sectors will be considered. To apply, you will demonstrate your sales, customer service and marketing abilities and have experience working in a management role, with staff development responsibilities.
