Working for our well established customer in Westerham you will join a fun and busy team who provide upgrades to their current customers,
The role will be to answer a high number of calls and make outbound calls to current customers to offer an upgrad to their current product and extension of warranty
Duties
* Handles customer questions and complaints,
* communicates well with customers,
* handles service problems politely and efficiently,
* always available for customers,
* follows procedure to solve customer problems,
* understands company products and services,
* maintains pleasant and professional image.
* Maintains accurate customer records
* Clear and concise approach
* confident and articulate
* able to up sell and make sure each customer is given the best product
* Ability to read customers via the telephone to assess and handle difficult situations
* Strong IT skills
The basic salary being offered is £20,000, after 6 months you have the opportunity to earn another £1500 per annum paid monthly as a bonus amount paid against achievement of monthly targets set around quality, volume, GDPR etc of calls.
