Administrator / Data Entry Clerk
£17,000 - 18,000 per annum

JOB TITLE: Administrator
LOCATION: Westerham
HOURS: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)

CULTURE: Large open plan, modern office (just been refurbished so brand new!!), ability to speak with other departments freely and a nice relaxed feel in the office, lots of support from your Manager who is keen to develop you and your skills. Annual salary review.
Starting mid January 2020
We're teaming up with the Business Support Manager to recruit an office assistant to work within this busy team to support a team with over 300 clients.
FULL TRAINING will be provided for this role, you just need the desire to learn and develop, with a great working attitude.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
* Sorting hard copy and digital invoices
* Data entry requirements including identifying and highlighting key information
* Bar coding and scanning of invoices
* Creating claim files and adding required documents as they are received
* Auditing invoices received from the client and returning them to client if required
* Travel and Expenses data input
* Contact clients and client suppliers to request missing information or additional supporting documentation as needed
* Data entry and checking of claims
We'd love to speak to candidates with:
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail and perhaps enjoys dealing with numbers!
* Retail / Customer Service experience.
* A team player and someone who is keen to learn and develop
* Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel
* The role will require travel to client locations after probation - this is fully paid for and you will travel within a team. 10-20 days out of the office a year within UK and Europe).
