Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd has a newly created role for an Operations Office Manager to work within a long established, independent broker who places business across the whole market and not just with a selected panel, ensuring their clients get the very best insurance provision.
Supporting the Directors of the business, you will be required to oversee all teams and take responsibility for any staff issues and recruitment requirements. The successful candidate will have held a management role within the insurance industry and be comfortable dealing with staff reviews, probations, disciplinary meetings, recruitment and setting KPI’s. You will ensue the smooth running of the office and assist in helping the teams run to the best of their ability.
The office deals with Personal lines and commercial business so the successful candidate should have a varied insurance knowledge as there will be responsibility to deal with some clients in addition to the operational duties.
