Customer Service Administrator
Medway
£20-22k DOE
Our Medway based client are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator. Immediate interview and start available.
In this busy administrative role you will focus on ensuring outstanding customer service and accurate order processing.
Your duties will include:
* Processing orders for allocated accounts, investigating and communicating shortages
* Monitoring daily dispatched/intakes
* Reviewing stock levels and creating stock reports - Using Excel
* Processing and managing returns
* General administrative tasks
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
You will have:
* Experience of working within a customer orientated environment
* Have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
* Be highly organised and able to work well under pressure
* Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
* Working knowledge of MS Office packages - (MUST HAVE Strong Excel skills)
