GREAT 3 DAY A WEEK ROLE --- LOVELY PROPERTY COMPANY ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT
Working from home 1 day and then 2 days in Cranbrook working in a small team for a very professional company.
If you have experience within the Construction/Building Industry this would be an advantage.
You would be dealing with preparation of quarterly management accounts for 4 companies under company umbrella
Responsibilities:
Preparation of Year End accounts
Cost summaries/cashflows
Attendance of Board Meetings
VAT returns
PAYE
CIS returns
Liaising with accountants, banks, solicitors, HMRC
Management of full time bookkeeper
If you have worked in the property industry that would be useful.
