Operations Assistant - Orpington - £25,000- £30,000

Highly established client is looking for a Operations Assistant to join there expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a successful organisation in a varied role where you can develop your career.

Duties Include:

* Diary management
* Arranging meetings both internal and external
* Efficient note taking in meetings
* Organising travel arrangements for directors
* Managing staff holidays and absence records
* Helping to maintain office facilities and utilities

The successful candidate will have:

* Minimum of 2 years office experience
* Time management and organisation skills
* Effective communication skills both written and verbal
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
