Are you a qualified accountant looking to further develop your practice career? This Accountant & Client Manager role would suit a qualified (ACA/ ACCA) accountant with a number of years of practice experience who enjoys client contact and management.

Working for a small, highly successful firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisers in your new Accountant & Client Manager role will involve you in:

• Managing a mixed client portfolio up to partner final review stage.
• Managing and completing all tax and accounting compliance – statutory accounts, confirmation statements, tax returns (for companies, partnerships, individuals, trusts, CIS), and overseeing some client payroll.
• You will be attending client meetings and providing routine tax planning advice and ensuring that partner business structures and tax advice is implemented correctly.
• Managing client billing and debt collection.
• Various business development opportunities such as networking and peer group meetings.
• General client portfolio management to take control of jobs from the initial request of information through to partner final review and providing quotes to potential new clients

The firm uses a range of accounting software and systems to meet client requirements, but a working experience of IRIS Accounts Production, Business Tax, Personal Tax, Trust Tax would be highly beneficial. A recognised accountancy qualification and experience of working within practice are essential requirements.
