A highly reputable organisation based in Tonbridge is looking to bring in a Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance with all day to day Accountancy operations.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Finance Officer/Manager and have worked within a fast paced Accountancy team before.
With the company growing this role requires someone who is able to bring new ideas 'to the table' as well as attend board meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate payment and recording of invoices.
* Manage the pipeline of invoices and ensuring all are paid within the required period.
* Ensure all invoices are authorised before paying.
* Timely and accurate processing of all monies.
* Monthly bank reconciliations of funds.
* Daily bookkeeping.
* Accurate recording of all VAT.
* Preparation of annual budgets.
* Any other duties as assigned by the Head Of Finance.
Salary up to £30K.
35 Hours per week.
