To support our continued growth, we now need an innovative marketing specialist to initiate, lead, manage and monitor digital communication, marketing collateral, corporate events, website development and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) etc.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To take responsibility for all corporate communication initiatives, digital and off-line in a relevant, timely and successful manner.
• Lead and manage on-line (including social media) initiatives, projects and campaigns.
• Analyse business needs, propose appropriate digital comms and action plans in the following areas:
Web: organic and paid search recommendations, SEO, analytics and reporting needs, accessibility needs, UX/UI, platform evolutions.
Social media: recommendations of channel strategy, creation of relevant content for social channels, scheduling, promoting etc.
• Ensure that corporate digital communications strategy is rolled out effectively across all relevant channels and markets.
• Liaise with partners, briefing them and discussing programs and implementing recommendations.
• Monitor and report using appropriate tools, on web and social channels and content activity performance leading to digital activity improvement.
• Drive multiple marketing strategies including direct marketing, digital, events programmes, awards and sponsorships.
• Maintain and update website content.
• Develop marketing materials and other commercial collateral.
• Monitor short and long-term ROI and evaluate ROI on specific campaigns.
• Support corporate events from initiation to delivery including:
Set, communicate and maintain project timelines and priorities.
Build client prospect lists and promote the events.
Establish contacts to secure appropriate and good-value venue hire.
Liaise with external suppliers including venues, caterers, speakers etc.
Make suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
Deliver events on time, within budget to meet (exceed) expectations.
Organise appropriate sponsorship and co-badging of events.
• Assume responsibility for the management of Zoho CRM data quality.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
• 5 years’ digital marketing experience involving SEO, Social Media etc.
• Digital, marketing and communications project management experience.
• Highly developed organisational skills with close attention to detail.
• A self-starter requiring minimal management and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to manage a set of tasks and deadlines.
• Customer focused.
• Innovative approach with a creative mindset.
• Ability to anticipate needs and work to tight deadlines when necessary.
• Confidence to propose new and creative ideas/concepts.
• Commercial awareness.
• Advanced communication, writing and facilitation skills and the ability to liaise, influence and challenge effectively.
• An eye for emerging business trends and a curious mindset.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products and other marketing database technologies.
• University graduate with a Marketing degree
You will need drive, project management experience, influencing skills and the ability to make things happen. As the principal marketing leader of the business, you will need to develop good working relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and external partners. You will operate as a trusted advisor for the business to rely upon to get things done.
KEY COUNTERPARTS
The role will involve working closely with the senior management team creating marketing strategy and delivering solutions.
