I am recruiting for a Sales and Customer Administrator to join a specialist supply company based in Erith.



Please Note: Due to the location of this role, it is essential that you are a driver with your own vehicle.



Sales & Customer Service Executive

Salary: £23,000

Location: Erith

In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders through a bespoke system and arranging for delivery. The customer base is a mixture of key commercial accounts, small domestic customers, agricultural communities and many more. Duties will include:

* Handling inbound calls from customers to process new orders or update on existing
* Negotiating pricing for customers based on quantities
* Arranging delivery
* Processing orders through bespoke system
* Working collaboratively with the team to support accounts
* Building relationships with key accounts and customers to provide a friendly service

Skills necessary:

* Great systems skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Experience within an office based sales or customer service role
