Century Residential is a market leading estate agent that's been established for over 10 Years! We are looking to expand further and are in search of a Lettings Negotiator to join our existing team that already full of enthusiastic property professionals.
To be considered for the role you must -
* Share a passion and interest for the industry
* Be an excellent communicator (both over the phone and face to face)
* Have your own car and a full UK driving licence.
* Work well on your own and as part of a team
Experience within the industry is not necessary, although previous work experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
The role itself includes -
* Registering clients to company standards
* Carrying out viewings
* Providing regularly feedback
* Working to company targets
* Business Generation
