We are looking for a Marketing Project Administrator to support on a brand new strategic initiative focusing on cricket clubs, allowing us to aid our continued growth in what we believe will be an exciting period for the Company.

KBE Drinks were established in the UK 30 years ago focusing on the European development of India’s No1 beer brand Kingfisher. In the last 2 years our brand portfolio has enjoyed a period of rapid expansion and now represents brands from all over the world the majority of which are part or fully owned by leading global brewers

Our corporate mission is to promote a differentiated, authentic portfolio of leading world beers and ciders to delight and refresh consumers.

This is initially a fixed term contract for 12 months.
No agencies, please.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Compile and manage customer lists to support the sales teams;
- Track and lead on sales team performance and KPIs.
- Provide a day to day support to the sales team, managing the sales induction process, queries and requests.
- Order, track and manage promotional materials.
- Organise hospitality events and guest logistics, ordering free stock and arranging delivery as and when required.
- Prepare presentations and sales materials as required by the Marketing Director and sales team

What we look for in you:

- A well organised individual who prides themselves on their attention to detail
- An eagerness to take ownership of responsibilities and enjoys the admin elements within the role
- Someone who is friendly and approachable and confident when dealing with individuals at all levels.
- A high level of PowerPoint and Excel knowledge and skills
- Someone who has an interest in cricket would be an advantage but is not essential
- Someone who holds a level of design skills would be an advantage but is not essential
