We are in the exciting position where we are recruiting for Support Workers for our home in Deal. We need to grow our existing teams to help us deliver the ever increasing range of support and activities we provide that make our residents’ lives healthy, varied and special,

Full and part time opportunities available.

You will be working in a friendly environment where teamwork and individual support are high priorities. You will be responsible to the Nurse in charge for providing and maintaining a homely atmosphere and will need a keen interest in caring for people, ensuring that the rights and dignity of our residents are respected at all times.

At Martha we offer a home for life and respite care for people with profound disabilities (PMLD). Our homes are vibrant and busy, where no two days are the same! As well as providing personal care, you will be supporting people to take part in a range of activities, including theatre trips, bowling, cinema, zoo, sailing, horse carriage riding, ice skating and lots more.

About you

You will need to have a flexible approach to shift work including weekends.

An NVQ2 in Care is desirable but this is not essential.

A full driving licence and the ability to drive our minibuses on a regular basis would be an advantage.
