Multi Drop Delivery Driver
Curd & Cure are an independently owned & run speciality food & drink wholesaler operating out of the heart of Kent. Working closely with producers both locally and across the globe we offer an extensive range of carefully selected artisan food & drink products for independent retailers, delis and foodservice.
As a Delivery Driver you are the face of the business and the first point of contact for the customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Load your van efficiently to ensure no breakages and easy offloading
• Communicate with warehouse/office staff to make sure all additional orders are processed
• Deliver all products to the corresponding customers in a timely manner
• You must clean your van weekly following the HACCP procedure PR54
• Cash collected by you must be checked before leaving the customer as any shortfall will be deducted from your salary as per your contract
• You will be liable for missing cash and all fines incurred by you
• All delivery trays must be returned at the end of each day
• Communicate with the office to ensure all customer queries are resolved
Required Skills and Attributes:
• Long wheelbase vehicle experience
• Sound geographical knowledge of Kent & Sussex
• Clean and full manual driver’s license
• Cash handling experience
• Own transport due to rural location
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 6:30 start - 15:00 approximate finish
(Finish time will vary depending on the workload of each day, so flexibility is essential)
Wage: £8.50 /hour
