Are you a recent graduate looking to take your first step into a financial services career? Are you a pension's administrator with experience in defined contribution pensions?

We are looking for a competent and confident administrator to join a friendly and hardworking team of client services and administration staff in Tunbridge Wells town centre. You will be switched on, focused and a hardworking person. You will need a keen interest in financial services, and some work experience in an office environment. You must be happy and confident on the telephone.

This role will see you working with a well-known Life and Pensions company operating in one of the largest, most sophisticated insurance markets in the world. You will gain a key insight and understanding of regulated financial services, particularly pensions and life assurance. This role would be an excellent starting point for a recent graduate, but would equally suit an experienced Pensions Administrator.

This role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.

Duties of the role include:
- Handling forthcoming maturity processes
- Providing accurate quotations for customers
- Telephone-based customer service to IFAs and members
- Pensions Claims Admin to include; Annuities, lump sums, transfers, deaths
- Processing overnight output
- Data entry and ad hoc admin tasks
