Diamond tool manufacturer has a great opportunity for a diamond profile wheel inspector or an enterprising toolmaker with experience who would like to train for this unique role.
Functions include in-process inspection of tooling, grinding and dimensional inspection of test coupons using optical projector and state of the art digital inspection equipment.
Skills required include use of Wickman Optical Profile Grinder (training provided), Jones and Shipman 540 surface grinder.
Would suit toolmaker or skilled centre lathe turner.
