Highly regarded, top professional services Client are growing their HR team in Kent. They are looking for a qualified, ideally CIPD Level 5 or above (or working towards) regional HR Advisor to provide a proactive, professional and supportive service to the region, reporting into a Senior HR Manager. Working alongside another HR Advisor and supported by an administrator you will lead the day to day operational HR service in your region, supporting Regional Directors and management teams, working with wider HR team on engagement initiatives, L&D to develop effective induction programmes and supporting the business in redundancy process as required. You will have all ER and other formal meetings for your region, collate MI as necessary and report on KPI`s. You ideally have experience within the professional services environment, multi-site experience, psychometric testing experience and basic payroll.
Travel to other sites is required.
