Tecmaster commercial cleaning is currently recruiting an experienced cleaning site manager.
The position will be working from our office in Higham and will involve visiting various sites across London and the South East.
The position will involve but is not limited to the following.
• Visiting sites to perform detailed surveys and provide comprehensive reports including extraction drawings.
• Overseeing cleans and providing sign off for works.
• Liaising with Clients with regards to their cleaning requirements.
• Attending new client sites to provide quotations
• Working closely with Cleaning operatives regarding cleaning supplies, new equipment and communicating any changes and updates which have been implemented.
• Working closely with office staff to ensure clients are getting the most professional service.
Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and have solid cleaning or ductwork experience. You must be confident in driving in London and have a flexible approach to working hours.
