We are looking for a committed individual to join our project support team as a project co-ordinator supporting the contracts managers and supervisors.
As a project co-ordinator you will be responsible for tracking each applicable stage throughout the lifecycle of a project ensuring that critical information is collated and shared with the various teams. You will need to regularly communicate with the clients and ensure that individual client processes are followed.
As a project co-ordinator you will need to be adept at multi-tasking as you will be required to carry out a variety of tasks on a daily basis and work under pressure ensuring you meet strict deadlines.
You will need to be able to work individually and as part of a team.
Below is a list of duties you will be required to carry out, this list is not exhaustive.
• Scheduling
• Organising
• Record keeping
• Booking in works
• Chasing up Project managers for updates
• Tracking paperwork
• Update all relevant team members
• Supporting the HSQE Managers in collating relevant information required for H&S paperwork
• Managing project co-ordinator spreadsheet
You will need
Job Type: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00
Salary: DOE
Minimum Requirements:
• Experience of working as a project co-ordinator in a maintenance and construction industry
• Excellent computer skills using excel and creating reports
• Knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations
• Knowledge and experience with H&S compliance would be an advantage
