We are currently recruiting for a Head of Campaign Selections to join a leading FTSE 100 Financial Services group which houses some of the UK's best loved brands, with diverse and instantly recognisable, award winning marketing.
This role is focused on the production of a high volume of high quality Campaign Selection lists for direct marketing channels (direct mail, email, SMS, telephony).
Managing a team of data infrastructure and platform owners as well as selections analysts, this role is responsible for the technology and data behind compiling the best possible campaign lists, as well as improving and enhancing capabilities going forwards. It is an exciting time to join in this respect, due to the improvements being made across the business in data use and platforms, moving towards Data Science and AI, and the opportunity to interlink these enhancements in data to the Marketing Database.
The team are close-knit, high performing and sociable, as is the wider marketing team this sits within. The company offer a fantastic environment, values and customer led, with a great culture for flexible working.
We require an experienced manager, who has a strong technical background in the creation of Campaign Selection lists, and can consider any industry background.
