A fast growing enterprise with two long established group companies are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their organisation.

This is a key role within the company for which is entering a new high growth phase and are requiring someone to come on board and be the Marketing Guru for the organisation.

You will work alongside the sales team supporting how to maximise return on investment from marketing and sales calls.

Salary: Base salary £26k - £30k + performance bonus = OTE £40K - £50K


Responsibilities.

** You will be responsible for all marketing activity

** Will have the capability to plan and manage the marketing budget

** Create and implement all marketing campaigns suitable for the organisation; digital (e.g looking after the web content, social media accounts), press releases, newsletters, advertising, conference attendance

** Attend Exhibitions as an when

** You will advise of product and services leading to identification and promotion of unique selling points

** Understand what forms of marketing will win interest and buying intent among existing and potential customers

** Own CRM System (Accello) and produce marketing performance data

** Submit a budget annually for board approval providing forecasts as requested

** Design and maintain the company standard for proposal writing along with promotional bound in material e.g. project profiles, awards gained


Requirements

** You will hold a professional qualification in Marketing

** Be able to show your experience in marketing

** Hold a Creative ability along with experience with software tool e.g. Adobe Creative Suite

** Hold strong communication skills
