Basic Salary: £19,000

On Target Earnings: £27,000

Location: Dartford

Work Pattern: 5 days per week including Saturdays (2 Saturdays on, 1 off)

Wards is currently looking for a successful, talented and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to compliment the very successful Dartford lettings team.

Duties will include:

•Identifying and initiating leads
•Contacting clients on a regular basis using multiple techniques
•Identifying requirements for renting and lettings purposes
•Working towards targets
•Attending and participating to morning sales meetings

We need you to be:

•Results driven with a strong track record for previous sales results.
•Experienced in lettings and market appraisals
•Hard-working with the desire and determination to exceed targets.
•Motivated to exceed targets
•Able to bring new customers into the business.
•A desire to develop your career with us

In order to attract the right candidates we can personalise your package to suit, but as a guideline for Senior Lettings negotiator roles, you can earn OTES of anything up to £27,000 depending on location. Our commission structures are uncapped however so many of our people earn more!
